Carl "CJ" Harris Jr. is the CEO and Founder of The Project with a Purpose Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to creating lasting impact through education, mentorship, and social outreach. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, CJ understands firsthand the challenges of transitioning from military service to civilian life. After struggling to find his purpose upon leaving the Navy, he transformed that journey into a mission: to serve others with the same dedication he once gave to his country.

Fueled by experience and empathy, CJ founded The Project with a Purpose Inc. to be more than just a nonprofit—it’s a platform for hope, healing, and opportunity. His leadership is grounded in a powerful vision:
